Mother : I’m going to call Lucy.
Daughter : May I do it for you, mom?
Mother : Sure.
Daughter : I don’t know her phone number.
Mother : Look for it in the directory, please.
Daughter : May I have the directory, mom?
Mother : Here it is. Call Lucy for me, please.
