The Old Clock Museum
The HRH Princess Buang Soi Sa-ang residence at the left
- The Old Clock Museum is situated north of Vimanmek Mansion. The Museum was once a royal residence the King Rama V hsd built for HRH Princess Buang Soi Sa-ang, who was responsible for His royal graments.

Old clock collection
- This residence has now been turned into a museum, housing King Rama V's and King IX's souvenirs from trips abroad and old clock collection.

The reign of King Rama V can be called the golden era of clocks. During His 42 - years reign, King Rama V visited Europe twice, in 1897 and 1907. From these trips, His Majesty brought back several types of clocks of be used in the palace.

These old clocks can be divided as follows;
- - Grandfather Clock : King Rama V had these specially made from England and Germany
- - Wall Clock : various shapes and froms of clocks such as a model of the Clock from England, the fiddle clocks from Germany and other wall clocks from the U.S. and Japan. Interestingly, the fiddle clocks use fiddle string instead of ordinary wire to hold the pendulum.
- - Table Clocks : several types are displayed, all of which were specially ordered. There are German clock which can tell the time for 400 days when fully wound and an oil lamp clock which is special in that it uses arrows instead of hands to tell the time. The dial for this clock is, made of porcelain from China.

Furthermore, the museum also has a large china plate, signed by King Rama V, commemorating his visit to Cantaculli, Italy, in 1897. On the second floor of the museum are souvenirs belonging to King Rama V and IX from various countries.
